Visualisation and being the Deliberate Creator of your day.
Every night, within the last 5-10 minutes before going to sleep, by reciting the Evening/Night Clearing, you energetically clear the unhealthy energy you have absorbed and experienced that day. You can find the Evening/Night clearing here, in an earlier blogpost.
Additionally, I will encourage you to do more to help yourself to stay in balance and have alignment.
After you have done your Evening/Night clearing, think with absolute clarity about how you would like the following day to be, and how you would like it to unfold from early morning when you awaken from sleep until night time.
Then visualise and speak the words aloud, or you may prefer to write your intentions on paper or journal.
Drift off and have a peaceful, comfortable and restful sleep. If you write your intentions on paper or in a journal, you may recite the entire script aloud the following morning.
Helpful tip: You could write a general day pre-paving documentation for the entire week, month, and even the entire year. Adjust the documentation accordingly if there are changes that transpire relating to yourself, personally or relating to work, other activities, or family members. During the weekends, your pre-paving will more than likely be different. Adjust your intentions and documentation accordingly. Every morning, read the pre-paving documentation you have written.
Include in your thoughts, visualisation and intentions from the minute you awaken from your sleep.
I prefer to meditate upon awakening in the morning, followed by giving gratitude for the day and pre-paving how I would like my day to unfold and transpire. You may prefer to do it differently.
Whichever way you decide to pre-pave, whether via pre-written documentation or on the day, always ensure you are grateful for waking up from your sleep another day. Speak the works aloud. (It is a blessing to be alive as some people go to sleep at night, pass away during the sleep or throughout the night, and do not have the opportunity to see or experience the next day). Then, recite your Gratitude Affirmations and Empowering Statements. If you can awaken 10 minutes or more earlier in the morning, it would be great. This allows you time for meditation before or after you have pre-paved your day. Meditation is incredibly beneficial for you, and I highly recommend this practice daily.
Next, consider how you would like your day to unfold. Begin by preparing your morning for whatever the day's schedule entails, whether that involves preparing for work or other tasks on your agenda, or preparing your children (if applicable), ready for preschool, school, etc., with ease and grace, ensuring everyone remains peaceful and happy during the process. Visualise the sequence of events as you want it to unfold. Then speak the words aloud.
Visualise breakfast for all concerned transpiring, being happy, eating with joy, and the comfortable digestion of the food intake, and being grateful for the nourishment.
Next, visualise and speak the words aloud, the travel details from your home to your destination for you, your spouse or partner and children (if applicable). See yourself and your loved ones travelling safely in whatever transport they utilise to go from your residence to the destination and having a great day.
Visualise your day unfolding the way you desire it to at your work, whether that is at home or externally.
If you have a meeting, a performance review, an interview for a new work position, an exam, the training of a colleague, or anything else that is scheduled, be very clear in your mind and with your thoughts and intentions, and state them aloud, how you would like the event to transpire and the outcome you desire. Always pre-plan and pre-pave how you would like any phone calls you make or are involved in to occur.
If you are experiencing discord or emotional turmoil with a partner, spouse, children, work colleague, someone in the workplace or others, visualise peace-filled energy and happy and peace-filled interaction(s). Additionally, do this on behalf of your children if they are having disruptions with students, teachers, or other people at school or elsewhere.
Visualise yourself collecting children from school (if applicable) or errands you may require to attend, and travelling to and from your destination.
Upon arriving home or when you are ready for the evening segment of your day, visualise and speak aloud your intentions for everything transpiring effortlessly, happily, and peacefully with the preparation of dinner, helping with homework (if applicable), doing your essentials, and unwinding for a restful, peaceful evening and night.
Conducting this type of daily practice is conducive to well-being and wellness. It allows you to take control of your energy and be the deliberate creator of your reality instead of living your life by default and just accepting whatever transpires.
