Crystals are a big part of my daily life, and play a significant role in the healing work that I do. I like to use crystal therapy in conjunction with my work because it positively amplifies the energetic healing that I conduct, in both remote and in person sessions. I wanted to share some of my favourite crystals and their specific transformative qualities, and how they can benefit you in your daily life.
Amazing Amethyst
A powerful healing, cleansing and protective stone. Calming for the mind.
Relieves stress, physical, psychological and emotional pain. Helps boost the production of hormones.
Beneficial for helping to overcome addictions to alcohol, overindulgence and physical passions.
Rose Quartz
A stone of unconditional love and peace. Beneficial for the heart and opening the heart at all levels. Beneficial for deep healing of emotional wounds.
Positive use if one is trying to attract love. Wear on person or place the crystal beside the bed.
Citrine
A stone of abundance. This magnificent stone is useful to help maintain and attract wealth, success and other positive good things. Promotes inner calm, enhances concentration and helps revitalise the mind.
Lapis Lazuli
A stone which opens the third eye and balances the throat chakra. Enhances psychic abilities and stimulates personal power. It helps to connect with spirit guides. Beneficial to help protect a person from psychic attacks.
Quartz
Quartz is an energy amplifier and the most powerful healing crystal on the planet. Used for multiple purposes and comes in different colours. It absorbs energy, regulates energy, releases and is highly beneficial for unblocking energy. Clear quartz works on all levels of one’s being. Healing quartz is a soul healer and works on energy transformation of the organs. Helps bring the body into balance and stimulates the immune system.
On a mental level, quartz helps with memory and is beneficial for concentration.
At a spiritual level, quartz raises energy to the highest possible level.
It strengthens psychic abilities and helps one to be more aware of their spiritual purpose. Quartz coordinates the chakras and aligns the subtle bodies.
